How It Works - Technical Delivery


The first step in building LTCPs is encompassed in Level I:

    • Here, we help you to understand how other people- and most importantly your own Clients- perceive you.  We use a unique and fun methodology that is the sole property of our firm.

    • Regardless of seniority and experience, these perception skills sets are critical because another person’s perception of you is- right or wrong- their “reality.”  This is why all Client Engagements start here (it should be noted that mastery of Level I can take in some cases
      a long time).

    • Accordingly, this level enhances your ability to always create the perceptions in other people that you desire regardless of the “stress” you may feel.

The second step in building LTCPs is Level II:

    • At this stage, we help you to communicate the benefits of your ideas to your Clients so that they can easily understand how you are different from your competitors and why they should say “yes” to your ideas.

    • These Skills Sets include integrating the key concepts contained in Level I, so that you
      are able to minimize “price” as an issue, gain access to the key decision makers at Client firms in less time than before and quickly and accurately “map” how the Client makes their “buying decisions.”


The third step in building LTCPs is Level III
:

    • In this specific Level, we assist you in the use of your most valuable asset- your time. 
      This is NOT time management-
      rather, we focus on the single biggest use of your time- meetings.

    • We have developed a unique and proprietary methodology that enables you to organize, prepare for and deliver meetings in such a way as to significantly improve your chances of achieving the outcomes you seek and in much less time than previously possible.

    • You will also experience a much higher “hit rate” on closing business (both new and organically grown) when combined with Levels I and II.


The first step in building your Leadership Development is Level IVI
:

    • We start by identifying and isolating your own, personal view of a “perfect leader.”  This person does not exist, but if he or she did, this image would comprise your “model leader.”
    • Next, we bespoke build with you a SLAP (Senior Leadership Action Plan) that organizes
      all the specific capabilities, capacities and Skills Sets that you need to be the most successful possible in your current leadership Role.

    • Finally, we “Map the Battlefield” of your current firm and position in order to help you build
      a “road map” (in real-time) that will enable you to quickly and accurately take measureable and controlled steps to become the most effective leader you can possibly be given your
      level of experience and personality.

    • In many cases, our Clients in Level IV find that their annual reviews improve significantly, they experience less stress at work and they see the benefits of our helping them printed in black and white at year’s end (in fact, personal compensation is one of the factors of how
      we measure our “success” with Clients).

The first step in developing your Operational Art is Level V:

    • This Level can be so complex and interrelated that we have never had two Level V Engagements that looked remotely similar in process (although the benefits to our Clients
      are similar in many cases).

    • The main benefit of this level is that you minimize (or eliminate) internal Dynamic Friction, while simultaneously maximizing your personal “success” in your current Role.

    • Additionally, when combined with Levels I thru IV, you can start to have a completely integrated Operational Business Strategy (this is very different from a traditional Business Strategy).

    • The results can be spectacular.  For example, many of our Level V Clients are today the ONLY members of their firms to be meeting (and in some cases exceeding) their business goals.
