Every business leader in the word today has plans, hopes and dreams for the future of their organization, partnership or corporation. The problem is turning these thoughts, desires and needs into actions, outcomes and deliverables. At Andover Partners, we are solely focused on helping our Clients to achieve success however they choose to define it. In this Role, we “float” to the Level of Engagement where we can add the most Value possible to every Participant in the Engagement.

We seek to work with individuals who are in leadership positions who
are having problems achieving their business goals for any reason
what so ever. In some cases we work with just one executive, in other
situations an entire global team. We need Clients who are capable of
three actions. First, they can tell us “where they hurt.” Second, they
can accurately “define success” to stopping their pain. Third, they are
willing to accept outside help to achieve what they want to do. As such,
we typically engage with three types of people. Type 1 is senior leaders (and sometimes their teams). Type 2 is people who are "Hi Potentials",
but are underperforming. Type 3 is people who "must succeed.”

Everything we do for our Clients is 100% custom built. We do not have an “ideological key hole” we drag Clients thru regardless of circumstances of needs because we believe one cannot “force the fit.”
We always try to build LTCPs- Long Term Consultative Partnerships- with our Clients if possible. We are in the business of telling our Clients “The Truth” as we see it: this can sometimes lead to stressful Engagements, however, it is one of our hallmarks.
